The Joint Meeting will offer a great educational program\, as well as opportunities for social and professional networking\, at the exquisite Grove Park Inn.\n \n \n The educational program promises to be engaging and informative.  The program will focus on lessons learned in trials and case evaluation.  It will bring you the perspectives from the bench\, trial practitioner\, and claims manager.  Break out sessions on substantive law issues will also provide important and specific instruction on key areas of practice for the defense attorney.\n \n \n The benefits of the Joint meeting don't stop with the fabulous educational program.  The social aspects of the meeting will offer a chance for fun and networking.  We will again have the charity silent auction and reception\, the Friday night barbeque\, as well as traditional Friday afternoon activities (Golf\, White Water Rafting\, etc.).  The Joint Meeting is an event for the whole family.  A professionally run Children's Program for our children will be offered both Thursday and Friday nights.\n \n \n As defense attorneys or claims managers\, you will not want to miss the 42nd Joint Meeting.\n
