Does anyone have any recent trial court orders or verdict forms under the joint and several statute of 2005? Does anyone know of an instance in which the trial court allowed a non party to be placed on the verdict form? Are there any cases currently on appeal which interpret the statute - 15-38-15?

I need an expert to provide a medical records review and opinion regarding a pre-accident versus post accident cervical MRI and any noticeable changes -- along with review of other medical records.  Need someone who mostly/strictly works with the spine.  Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

I'm defending a slip and fall. Plantiff's counsel recently identified Mark E. Willimas as an expert. Is anyone fmailiar with Mr. Williams? Prior deposition transcripts would be appreciated.

Rule 68 is very vague about the costs which a defendant can recover if a Plantiff receives a judgment which is less favorable than a previous offer of judgment. There appears to be only two state court cases on it (Belton and Black). Is anyone aware of any unpublished decsions or circuit court orders addressing the issue? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I need to find a biomechanical engineer to use as an expert witness in a low impact MVA case.  Has anyone used anybody in this field or know of a good expert in this field?  Please email me with responses.

    Thanks,

Looking for any information regarding this aquatics/pool expert  from Greer South Carolina.  Names of cases in which his deposition was taken would be most helpful.
