As mediation continues to play a vital role in litigation resolution, The South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association recognizes the need for younger lawyers to develop and implement an effective mediation strategy.

A dynamic panel of seasoned litigators, moderated by Mills Gallivan, will offer perspectives and instruction. John Cuttino, Becky Laffitte, Anthony Livoti, Henry Deneen, and Ronnie Richter will share their insights into effective mediation. The program will qualify as one hour of ethics or mental health credit. A reception for networking will follow the presentations. We look forward to seeing you there.

The registration fee is $150.00 for SCDTAA members and $200.00 for attorneys of SCDTAA member firms.
